How I support mothers in London as a postnatal doula
I give you space to sleep, shower, attend appointments or simply take a moment for yourself, knowing your baby is being held with calm, attentive care
I bring an extra pair of hands, home-cooked meals and snacks plus endless cups of herbal tea. I help with light housework and offer a gentle, non judgemental ear to ensure you feel deeply nurtured and supported as your new family grows
You don't have to do this alone. Calm, practical support gives you space to rest and find your own rhythm in motherhood.

What is included in a postnatal doula visit?
Depending on your needs, I can care for your baby, support feeding and recovery, prepare a meal and help with light baby related household tasks
Where do you work?
I am based in East London and support families across London, Share your postcode when booking and I will confirm travel availability
Which languages do you offer?
I offer support in English and Polish, You can choose your preferred language when booking
Does a doula replace a midwife?
No, I provide non medical emotional, practical and informational support. I am not a medical professional, nurse or midwife and do not provide clinical care, diagnosis or treatment. Please consult your midwife, health visitor, GP or another qualified healthcare professional for medical care
